Our diagnostic test will uncover accessibility problems in your PDF or other non-HTML document, such as Word, Powerpoint or Excel file.
We'll advise you about targeted improvements you can make to help your content meet full compliance with accessibility regulations.
PDF diagnostics
We use automated tools to help diagnose problems, but also review your document manually to check for issues that automated tools can't understand or identify.
Includes an automated review in Adobe Acrobat Pro and the following manual tests:
use of colour contrast
infographics and appropriate alt text
reading order
use of design to imitate special layouts, such as bullets, tables or infographics
Bulk discounts
Discounts are available for bulk testing of PDFs. Let us know if you have a large number of documents to review.

Recommended for content of strategic importance or which may have significant impact on your users, clients or patients - examples include annual reports, strategies or public engagement reports, public service/patient information.
